I found promotionbucks and have been using it to hide torrent passwords and other things instead of bee4 because these are easier to complete and it pays better.

The concept is simple:
1. You creates a page with content they want locked (make a link that says "click here" that goes to the actual download)
2. Promote it however you please
3. Visitors to their link will have to complete a survey that pops up on a widget.

Amount we get paid depends on the survey, but it goes up to $6 or so
